OUR HEARTBEAT
Volunteers are the heartbeat of the Women's Resource Center! They are our most valuable resource. Training is provided!
Volunteer Opportunities
Make a difference on an ongoing basis in the lives of moms, dads, and families.
IN-CENTER VOLUNTEERS
Male Advocates
Male advocates share pregnancy options and resources with men and fathers. It is important for men to know that they have a voice and a place in the pregnancy options conversation.
Education Specialist
Volunteers to facilitate "Earn While You Learn" classes on baby care, pregnancy, birth, etc. for our parenting patients.
Fatherhood Coach
Volunteers to facilitate fatherhood connection class for dads.
Spanish Translator
Provide translation assistance for our WRC staff with Spanish-speaking patients as needed.
Women's Resource Center volunteers are highly committed, compassionate people who make a big difference in the lives of our patients. A typical time commitment involves a weekly three-four hour shift. Because we are committed to upholding a high level of care for the women who come to us, all potential volunteers undergo a screening and interview process.
